ICISET 2018 uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. To facilitate this, authors should remove names and affiliations under the title within the manuscript and should not give away any clue of their identity.
Submitted papers should not be previously published in or be under consideration for publication in another conference or journal. Plagiarism and self- plagiarism are strictly prohibited. Submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism. Author names cannot be changed and/or added to the papers once papers are submitted to ICISET 2018 for review. The Technical Program Committee reserves the right of not reviewing the papers that either exceed the length specification or have been submitted or published elsewhere.
